I will spend some time helping you to enter a relaxed state. During the hypnosis you will be fully aware of your surroundings and you will be in full control. I use personalised strategies, tailored to your needs (I do not use scripts). I may also discuss other aspects of treatment such as lifestyle, diet and exercise.


I believe in empowering you and so throughout your treatment I will work with you to help you develop the skills you need to continue your progress.


How can hypnotherapy help with Smoking Cessation?

There are many different hypnotherapy techniques which you may find of benefit, such as aversion therapy, anchoring, reframing and getting to the root cause of the reason for why you currently smoke. I will work with you to find the very best solution.

Our bespoke Smoking Cessation program is 6 sessions in length.
