What you can expect:
I will spend some time helping you to enter a relaxed state. During the hypnosis you will be fully aware of your surroundings and you will be in full control. I use personalised strategies, tailored to your needs (I do not use scripts). I may also discuss other aspects of treatment such as lifestyle, diet and exercise.


I believe in empowering you and so throughout your treatment I will work with you to help you develop the skills you need to continue your progress.


How can hypnotherapy help with Stress?

Hypnosis is a very relaxing state, which is the perfect environment to address the issues. I will guide you towards developing coping strategies which will allow you to feel more confident and in control of every situation. Common stressors which we help with are work-related, family life, relationships, financial, difficult life situations and ill-health.
